Since our 12 year old son has been receiving Corneal Molding Therapy (CMT) from Dr. Tirado we have had nothing but wonderful results. He's gone from having to wear glasses just to see in front of him to 20/15 vision in about a week. It takes him about 10 minutes in the evening and morning to put them in and take them out but the rest of the day is worry free.
Now we don't have to worry about loosing glasses or even broken ones. We have the freedom to go to the beach or swimming on the spur of the moment without worrying about what to do with contacts or glasses. With him in Middle School it's just one less worry for him.
It's given him more self esteem. Since he plays baseball it makes it easier for him to play without worrying about dust/debris/wind irritating the contacts. He doesn't have to worry about wearing bulky sports glasses for his catching either. We can honestly say that getting the CMT done has changed his "lifestyle" as well as ours.
